Statutory Supervisors Training 

Middlers' Consulting has designed a Statutory Supervisor Training course which provides the essential WHS and risk management knowledge and skills to obtain the National Units of Competency required for Statutory Supervisors in the Western Australian mining industry.

At the completion of this course trainees will obtain two Units of Competency, which meet the DEMIRS requirements under Schedule 26 of the WHS (Mines) Regulations (WA) 2022. These are:

• BSBWHS411 – Implement and monitor WHS policies, procedures and programs

• BSBWHS414 – Contribute to WHS risk management.
